Responsibilities
- preparing design, conceptual and workshop documentation
- conducting design work in accordance with applicable regulations, technical knowledge and the Client’s requirements
- participating in solving technical issues at every stage of project delivery
- developing concepts, building designs and detailed designs
- preparing technical specifications, technical descriptions and bills of quantities
Requirements
- university degree or ongoing technical studies
- ability to read and prepare technical documentation
- responsibility, efficiency and task-oriented approach
- ability to work in a team
- knowledge of AutoCAD
Nice to have
- construction design licence in the construction discipline
- experience in an independent position
